Welcome to my Blog....   I'm Don Toenshoff, Jr. - "Don T" - and I'm a wanderer.  As of today, I've visited 83 countries & territories on 6 continents. But, I've got many more to go, and go we shall.

From an early age, I found my last name was difficult to pronounce ("Tone- shawf"). I'm presently a VIP Bartender during the Summer for concerts where I'm called "Don T".
Hey! ....It Works!

I've always had wanderlust and a passion for adventure .... My past jobs as a licensed, ship's navigator - I've taken ships around the World - and most recently as a marine oil spill response executive, provided ample opportunity to travel (& Dine!) the World, fueling that inspiration.
 
Since I generally retired in early 2018 at age 55, experiencing what the World has to offer has increasingly become an obsession. I'll often have several trips on schedule.  Always willing to try something unique, unusual and push the boundaries.  It IS a small World, if you allow it to be one.  "Live" ... just don't "Do"
